These terms govern your use of BackupRidge. By installing or using BackupRidge, you agree to these terms. BackupRidge is provided by Stava Tech, Norway.

1. The Free Plugin

Distributed via backupridge.com under GPL v2+. Free to use, modify, and redistribute.

2. Pro and Agency Licenses

Sold as annual subscriptions. Personal: up to 3 sites. Business: up to 10 sites. Agency: unlimited sites. Code is GPL v2+. License keys are non-transferable.

3. Payment and Billing

Processed by LemonSqueezy. Auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime via the customer portal.

4. Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. Submit a refund request through our contact form within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Support

Free: via contact form. Personal and Business: 48hr email. Agency: 24hr email. Covers plugin functionality and troubleshooting.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your backups — BackupRidge is a tool, not a guarantee.
  • You are responsible for your hosting environment and resources.
  • Keep your license key confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Provided “as is”. Total liability capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Norwegian law applies; nothing limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

BackupRidge name and logo are trademarks of Stava Tech. Plugin code is GPL v2+. Website content is copyrighted.

9. Governing Law

Norwegian law. Disputes resolved in Norwegian courts, subject to consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
